 Our Rooms
Enter Fernbrook’s doors and you step back in time to a more
lavish, relaxed, and magical era. Enjoy our fine breakfast offering,
inclusive in the price, in our stately main dining room, the tea room, the
formal dining area or just outside on the porch.
There are six bedrooms in the main house and a charming studio
cottage.
Our rooms are elegantly and uniquely furnished with antiques and
oriental carpets. Each room offers its own unique setting and feel. All rooms
now also feature in-room wireless Internet access.

 The Green
Room
This room features a beautiful antique king size canopy bed,
large bay windows overlooking the Olmstead Rose Gardens, and a fabulous
bathroom with whirlpool tub and walk-in shower. Access to large shared balcony.
Includes A/C and cable TV. This room is on the second floor.

The Yellow Room
This room features a unique sitting
area with television that is within the turret of the house, balcony
overlooking the pool and gardens, and a comfy queen bed. This has a luxury
bathroom and is located on the second floor. |

 The
Cardinal’s Room
This room was created by Cardinal Spellman and
was the chapel of the mansion. This beautiful first floor suite has a lofty
gabled ceiling, stained glass windows, and a floor-to-ceiling gas fireplace.
French doors open to a private balcony that overlooks the pool and Italian
garden setting. The room features a fabulous hand carved king sized bed,
42-inch plasma TV and marble bathroom with whirlpool tub and stained glass
windows.
The Cardinal room is offered as a room or a suite. The suite
includes a living room with surrround sound T.V. and a large walk in
shower/steamroom. Suite has private entrance. |

The Blue Rooms
Tucked away in a separate wing of the
mansion and accessed by their own staircase are the two Blue Rooms. One of
these rooms has a queen sized bed and a private bath. The other has two twin
beds and a private bath. Both have cable TV and nearby access to a large shared
balcony. |

 The Peach
Room
This romantic room is highlighted by a lovely queen sized canopy
bed, central A/C, luxury private bath and access to large shared balcony on the
second floor.

The Cottage
This studio cottage is nestled among
century-old trees. It features a high gabled ceiling, queen sized bed, large
balcony and private bathroom. It also available by the week. |

 The Apartment
This is a
complete apartment with one and a half baths. It has been completely renovated
and updated to suit the most discerning guests. It has a wonderful eat-in
kitchen complete with dishwasher. Other fine appointments are the gas
fireplace, complete air conditioning, two queen sized bedrooms and living area
with cable TV. The apartment has a private entrance with fountain as
well.
